Zillertals History...
The photo opposite, is of Zillertal (No 846) in the 1950s at the Fairlie boatyard. It is rumoured that Zillertal was originally built as a Launch Vessel for use aboard HMY Britannia. Photos of Britannia, showing the launch vessels (Although not a clear photo) do seem to look very similar to Zillertal.
I have already been contacted by a gentleman who used to work at the boatyard and worked on this boat.
If you know anything regarding this matter, please contact me (mickstaines@yahoo.co.uk)

The majority of the drawings and information about the vessels and the Fairlie boat yard were lost when the yard was de-commissioned and burnt down. The area has now been used for housing.
